We are growing rapidly, and have outstanding opportunities for dynamic sales professionals in our Executive Search permanent placement division. The candidate can be based in our corporate office in Wilton, CT, or our office in New York City, but will source for positions in multiple locations across the US. This role will focus on building our Creative division.

Our Creative group will partner with our clients to identify and evaluate talent in Creative, Art Direction, Brand Marketing, User Experience, Information Architecture, User Interface, Mobile Design, Web Design, Product Development, Account Management, Project Management, Digital Strategy, Digital Production, Content Management, Digital Copywriters, and Social Media.

The role of Executive Recruiter at Onward Search requires someone with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, mixed with strong consultative skills, creative problem solving ability, and relationship building expertise.

Specifically, your role with involve:

• Source applicants, screen resumes, interview candidates and provide a short list to Hiring Managers.
• Partner with key decision makers in the most respected companies in the world.
• Developing business through calling, face-to-face meetings and leveraging of existing relationships.
• Formulating and executing innovative and creative sales solutions.
• Conducting and facilitating high level negotiations.
• Operating in an open spaced 'high energy' transaction driven environment.
