Job Description: Onward Search is the leading provider of Digital Marketing and Design Talent in the country. The candidate can be based in our corporate office in Wilton, CT, but will source for positions in multiple locations across the US. This role will focus on building our Online Marketing division. Our Online Marketing group will partner with our clients to identify and evaluate talent in Online Marketing, Acquisition and Retention, E-Commerce, Product Marketing, Digital Strategy, Email Marketing, Social Media and Mobile Marketing. The role of Executive Recruiter at Onward Search requires someone with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, mixed with strong consultative skills, creative problem solving ability, and relationship building expertise. Specifically, your role with involve: Source applicants, screen resumes, interview candidates and provide a short list to Hiring Managers. Partner with key decision makers in the most respected companies in the world. Developing business through calling, face-to-face meetings and leveraging of existing relationships. Formulating and executing innovative and creative sales solutions. Conducting and facilitating high level negotiations. Operating in an open spaced 'high energy' transaction driven environment. Requirements: Previous permanent recruitment experience is a must. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Proven relationship building, critical thinking and influencing skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong negotiation and consultative skills.
