Job Description: This Position is located at our headquarters in Wilton, CT The Operations Billing Coordinator has two main components: Sales/Client Support: Process New Job Orders Handle incoming communications from sales force regarding Talent and Client account issues and errors Perform Client Engagement File Maintenance Ensure all emails in shared emailbox are processed, archived or forwarded to correct area for resolution Billing: Review and distribute weekly client invoices Provide billing information to sales office locations Communicate and Resolve issues related to Billing/Payroll Responsible to document vendor invoice requirements Resolve Invoice Discrepancies by researching and correcting rate/timecard issues Prepare Billing/Payroll Records and Reports for Auditors Additional administrative/reconciliation functions as required Requirements: 2-3 years of Billing experience in a medium to large sized corporation Bullhorn or Great Plains experience helpful Proficiency using Outlook, Excel and Word mandatory Multi-tasker capable of handling a myriad of different situations Problem Solver Detail Orientated, able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines Able to think and work three dimensionally Works well under pressure About Us: Onward Search is a leading talent agency that is working with our clientele to provide the leading interactive design and Internet marketing candidates.
