The Business Development Manager is responsible for the development and growth of a targeted customer base. You will use your proven business development skills to market our services and create successful talent delivery systems. You will be responsible for making telephone and in person contact with key hiring managers and executives to promote our services to prospective companies while building on your successes with existing business partners. The Business Development Manager will be additionally be responsible for participating in the communities we serve for the purposes of growing Onward Search’s brand identity and to best understand latest industry trends.
