The Corporate Recruiter will: Develop an understanding of the business needs of each national business unit Creatively source from all major sites looking for the best talent across the country Gain an understanding of market competitors Conduct in-depth interviews with the candidates using both a standard and unique approach Deliver a flow of qualified candidates Maintain an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for each candidate Prepare and handle all documentation required to on-board a new employee including offer letters Drive and coordinate special projects such as college recruitment and in house events Requirements: You will be trained using the latest technology and have an amazing opportunity to help us grow our business.
