If you are going to be at the Search Engine Stratagies (SES) conference this week, make sure you visit the Onward Search booth.  Onward is making its debut appearance at SES San Jose this year, and expects it to be a great show.  We will be located at booth #433 on the main floor of the San Jose Convention Center August 18-19, 2008.  Take a minute to stop by the booth to say hello to Josh, Russ, Leon, and Ken.

Additionally our Executive Vice President, Ken Clark, will be participating in the conference as a speaker.  Ken will be a panelist on the session titled, Searching for Jobs in Search: Starting and Advancing Your Career in the Industry.  This session will be on August 21st from 2:45pm-3:45pm. 

In the instance that you are going to be attending SES San Jose and you need a little more motivation to visit the crew from Onward, we will be raffling an AppleTV at the end of the expo.  

Last week at ad:tech San Francisco, Josh Gampel sat down with the guys at Webmasterradio for an interview.  Josh had a great time talking about Onward and the services we offer to both search marketing professionals and companies looking to hire search marketing professionals.  They just posted the interview up on their website so I thought I'd share it with everyone.  Enjoy!

Welcome to the OS Blog.  My name is Reilly and I’ll be one of the familiar faces here. 

The mission of this blog is to become a valuable career resource for anyone working within the internet marketing space.  We will discuss search marketing trends, breaking industry news, and any and everything related to the job markets. 

In addition to these topics we will provide you with coverage of many of the trade shows throughout the year.  This will be starting right away with SES New York next week.  I’ll be there next as well as many of the other members of the Onward team.  I’ll be recapping the sessions I sit in on each day and the rest of the team will probably chime in with their reactions following the show.  If you are going to be at SES next week make sure you stop by the Onward Search Booth (#1404), If not to have a quick chat with someone from the Onward team, at least to hang around long enough to enter the raffle for a Nintendo Wii.
