Title: Director of SEO 

Our Client, the world leader in online legal information and interactive marketing services is looking for a Director of SEO to manage a team of 35 SEO professionals and continue to build a world class internal SEO department.  This person must have proven experience of being able to influence internal stakeholders throughout the organization on the importance of SEO and it’s effects.  They must be independently driven with the ability to lead many people. 

Description: The Director of SEO will be responsible for leading the fulfillment of all SEO projects and initiatives across all brands.  They will need to strategize with the various teams throughout the company and develop education tools and guidelines for the organization in order to optimize every element of their SEO strategy.  In this position you will also be responsible for staying current with the Search Engine community, by attending conferences and analyzing the risk/reward associated we new pursuing trends. 

Requirements: Our client is looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience within the search industry to lead a team of 35 search specialists.  You must be a strong leader who can manage multiple priorities across multiple business areas.  The ability to influence your peers and act as an agent of change is critical to this position.

Position: Search Marketing Specialist

Our client, one of fortune’s most admired companies to work for, is looking to hire a search marketing analyst.  They have a unique situation which has enabled them to leverage their relationships with over 600,000 clients worldwide to create a digital marketing agency catered towards acquiring customers via the web.  They do this through web design, social media, search marketing and all web 2.0 initiatives. 

Description: The research analyst will be responsible for working with clients to develop, execute and monitor effective online marketing campaigns.  You will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing campaign strategies, and optimizing campaigns continually to maximize results.  Other responsibilities include coordinating media campaigns, contributing creative ideas, and managing complex data across multiple campaigns. 

Requirements: The right candidate for this position is someone who can manage client relationships, while developing and evolving their campaign.  Our client is looking for someone who has at least 3-5 years of experience with search marketing, and at least one year in a client facing role.  Experience with automotive marketing, lead generation, or media are all a plus, as is experience using DoubleClick or similar ad programs.

Description:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, in-house paid search specialist with extensive knowledge of all major search engines.  The position will involve the development and optimization of every aspect of their paid search strategy.  This includes managing keyword bids, formulating and managing the PPC budget, analyzing results, and reporting results to Senior Management.  You will be expected to hit the ground running and increase the companies web presence beyond the current 3 million users per month average. 

Requirements:
The candidate must have the ability to manage 100’s of thousands of key words.  The Ideal candidate is someone who is highly analytical with an extensive knowledge of excel, including pivot tables.  An understanding of SQL and a technical background is highly desired.

Position: SEO Specialist

Qualifications:

Our client is looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in SEO with a focus in e-commerce and technology application.  Qualified candidates need to have a good working knowledge of html, flash, photoshop, and javascript, as well as deep understanding of website analytics and various other marketing tools.  Database management experience is a plus.
