Freelance Account Manager
Our client, a digital NYC based agency, is hiring a client-facing Account Manager with sales and marketing experience to start mid-September and stay on board through February 2018. This is a long term onsite contract position. This position will involve working on one of the agencies main CPG accounts. This is a client facing role. Social Analytics Specialist
One of our financial services clients is looking for a Social Analytics Specialist to join their team. This role is a key position supporting the Social Care Team in expanding its role to include full review and analytics of daily social customer interactions. This role supports the Social Care Team in its role in identifying and tracking customer interactions, escalating identified issues and key customer suggestions, and working with business owners on process improvements and issue resolution. Position requires full understanding, management and usage of key data analytics tools; candidate must have full understanding of reporting for key findings, progress and key performance indicators (KPIS). The Marketing Communications Assistant will be responsible for: Supporting a holistic Email and Mobile Capture Strategy (partnering across the business to incorporate messages into relevant communications and touch points to optimize reach) Supporting the reporting on of campaign performance of Email/Mobile Capture initiatives. The results will be critical to making strategic decisions and developing design targets for future campaigns We are seeking a candidate that is responsive, organized, and executes with discipline and detail.
