Onward Insurance Program
Our professionals are entitled to enroll in the Onward Search health insurance program that is available at the time of your registration. Onward Search’s health insurance plan includes medical, dental, vision and life coverage, and is available on day one of the first month following your date of hire. Information about the plan can be mailed to you by our benefits administrator upon your request and participation is optional. Upon enrolling in the program, you must maintain a set working schedule with Onward Search to maintain your coverage.
Onward 401k Benefits
Our 401k plan is available to our professionals after the completion of 1000 hours of service within a 12 month period. Once the hours requirement is met, you may enter the plan on the next enrollment date. Onward Healthcare matches $.50 per $1.00 contributed up to 6% of pay.
Onward Continuing Education
We realize how important it is to keep up with ever evolving internet marketing industry. Thus, Onward Search offers all of its professionals the option to continue their education so they are able to stay ahead of the curve. For every 13 weeks you work with Onward Search, you will earn $300 which you can use towards continuing education or trade show reimbursement.
Onward Refer-A-Friend Program
Onward Search offers a $750 referral bonus when you refer a professional who completes 13-weeks of full-time work. In order to receive this reward, the new employee and the referring employee must be actively working with Onward. To refer a professional to Onward Search, please email us your candidate.
