As an Onward Search employee, you have the opportunity to participate in a world-class compensation and benefits program that includes comprehensive health and medical insurance programs, retirement benefits, and outstanding pay. Compensation, Weekly Payroll and Direct Deposit
Onward Search strives to always pay you the highest possible salary based on your level of experience. We process payroll weekly and offer direct deposit on your first paycheck. You are required to submit your time-sheets to us by noon each Monday and we will in turn have your weekly pay direct deposited to your personal bank account that same Friday.

Onward offers comprehensive insurance benefits to all employees who are engaged in ongoing full-time work (35+ hours per week), and we are committed to providing you with the ability to customize these benefits to your individual needs. We offer four primary types of insurance:

Onward 401k and Retirement Benefits
We provide a robust 401k program that you can customize based on your savings and retirement goals. You become eligible for our 401k plan after the completion of 1000 hours of continuous service within a 12 month period. Once you have met this milestone, you may enter the plan on the next quarterly enrollment date (January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1).
Onward Refer-A-Friend Program
The old saying goes that no good deed goes unnoticed, so our belief is you should get paid for it too. Onward Search offers outstanding bonuses when you refer talent or knowledge of open job orders to our team.
Candidate Referral Bonus
You receive a $500 referral bonus when you refer people you know to Onward Search and they complete 520 hours of work within a four-month period. This bonus is payable to you once your referral completes 520 hours of work.
Job Referral Bonus
Likewise, when you know of an opening at a company that is screaming for Onward Search talent, let us know and you can earn a $500 referral bonus. To qualify for the bonus, you must provide us with knowledge of an active job opening that we were not previously aware of, and a point of contact at the company. The referral is earned and payable once an Onward Search employee completes 520 hours of work at that position within a four-month period.
Onward Continuing Education
Maintaining your skills is critical to furthering your career, so we offer a professional continuing education reimbursement to help you stay ahead of the curve. For every 520 hours you work with Onward Search, you will earn $300, which can be used towards continuing education, training programs, or industry trade show reimbursement. Once you have met this milestone, your recruiter will walk you through how to process this reimbursement.
