As a Design Researcher, you will frame insights through the lens of the customer, but with an understanding of competitive landscape, product positioning, brand strategy, and other key business drivers. You will lead a range of design engagements, from product and service innovation to identifying new opportunity spaces. You will create persuasive presentations that tell a compelling story using strong writing, thoughtful imagery, and clear visual information design. You’ll lead client-facing workshops to define objectives and success criteria, inform project direction, and make substantiated recommendations. This is a contract to hire opportunity located in San Francisco that kicks off towards the beginning of August. Summary: We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager who will be responsible for executing a content marketing strategy to help drive the school’s growth. Based on overall strategic and marketing objectives, this person will help execute a content marketing plan to drive increased reach and improved conversion to drive enrollment growth. This includes oversight over strategy and execution of content development and distribution across various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email, video, print, PR, etc. This person will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be a critical partner to other key members of the marketing team, agencies, and also working cross-functionally to develop and implement various components of the content marketing strategy.
