Our client, an agency focused on Data Led CX and CRM solutions, has an opening for an Integrated Associate Creative Director. This position will sit on the content team. You will be working with a strong team of Content Strategists, UX / Product Designers, Account, and CX/CRM Strategists. We are looking for a highly conceptual person with high level pitch experience. You are the person that comes up with unique solutions to client's business problems. You will be responsible for concepting and executing design on a variety of projects. We are looking to build a team that will report into you, which will take more of the executional work off of your plate. Requirements: Agency experience Managerial experience in a player coach environment. Where did you gain this experience, and how many people did you manage? Strong Content layout skills with the samples that show it Strong understanding of CX, CRM, and the overall MarTech landscape A portfolio with explanations of the work. Packaging Experience Designer

Packaging Production Designer
Onward Search is looking for an experienced Production Designer with an expertise in packaging systems to join the packaging team of a global smart home security client for a 3 month assignment that is likely to extend. You are hands-on with a masterful eye for layout, design and typography, with hyper attention to detail. With solid pre-press skills, you will help execute an optimized global packaging program that elevates the product experience while improving overall output.
