Bilingual Digital Paid Media Manager
Paid Media Specialist
Onward Search is on the hunt for a Paid Media Specialist to join our Ad Agency client for a full-time role. You'll report to the Account Director on our team, and be responsible for leading the overall Paid Media buying with a heavy emphasis on buying for social. You will define the paid media strategy with a focus on driving consideration with beauty/ fashion/ and lifestyle clients. You will define the channels that our clients buy from, define KPI's and report on how the overall campaigns are performing. There is a heavy analytics component to this role as well with regard to reporting on social channels. You will be managing a paid social budget of approximately $50-$75k/ month with an emphasis on growing this skillset. We are seeking Paid Media Specialists who meet the following requirements: Must have 5+ Years experience in paid media, leading strategy and buys with an emphasis on social buys Must have a strong understanding of social media opportunities with regard to creative and driving business performance within the lifestyle marketing space Must have an analytical mind and have some experience in digital analytics It's a plus if you have experience buying paid media across other channels Must have experience buying FB, IG, ads It's a plus if you're proficient in Google Analytics This is a full-time role where you will meet 2 days onsite in Hollywood, and be able to work from home the rest of the week.
