Social Media Project Manager/Producer
Our client, an entertainment creative agency, is seeking a Social Media/Digital Project Manager to join their team. You will report to the Executive Producer and work on an entertainment client's social media projects promoting tv series for streaming networks. Responsibilities: Developing and managing timelines/schedules for all initiatives in development Proactively manage workflow and ensures projects are completed within the timeline and budget. Interface with client PM's regularly Establishes and integrates internal processes for digital and social productions. Review all creative deliverables for quality and accuracy, including quality assurance testing Encourages a culture of partnership and maintains a positive presence for the team. Manages production for multiple medium to large scale client projects across all content assets and deliverables including and not limited to video production, creative design, social media, and digital production. Collaborates with the account team and creative team to lead best practices and strategies throughout the life cycle. Resources team members and 3rd party vendors as required, following internal protocol and with internal stakeholders. Work closely with creative, production, and social media teams to bring client projects to life on brand. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience managing digital and content projects, preferably in an agency environment. Solid knowledge of digital technologies (web, mobile), social media, email, digital media best practices & CRM. Our client, a healthcare / pharma agency - has an immediate need for a Freelance Integrated Project Manager. This will be an onsite freelance position. You will work on a variety of television, print and digital advertising projects You will be responsible for timelines, budgets etc. This is not a traffic role. Our client, an Entertainment Company, is seeking a Traffic/Scheduling Coordinator for a freelance opportunity. You will report to the Director of Marketing and be responsible for: Provide data entry support and distribute program schedules for the Networks suite. Complete accurate data entry of program schedules across the suite of networks. Confirming runtimes and placement of movies and episodes on the schedule, as well as creating programming grids and revisions. Distribute all required versions of schedules internally and externally. Provide accurate data entry into all programming databases, inputting important information such as synopsis, program titles, traffic numbers, TV ratings, runs usage/play history and contract terms. Confirm that all movie flights are accurately input, based on contracts. Create metadata for non-linear platforms which consist of series and episodic information such as series and episode descriptions, episodic numbers, ratings, copyrights, avail and end dates (linear and non-linear) and maintain or manage rolling (non- linear) schedule avail dates into programming databases. Provide administrative support to the Networks programming team, which may include data entry, filing, ordering supplies, and similar duties. Musts: Bachelor’s degree required 1-2 years of prior television scheduling experience is preferred Understanding of formats and promo inventory management is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills required Good reasoning and problem-solving skills required Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and database management Demonstrated skill in developing and maintaining effective business relationships is necessary Extensive knowledge of movies, filmmakers and actors from all eras (the 1920s – present) is a plus Ability to multitask and work effectively under changing priorities and daily time constraints are required. TV Campaign Coordinator
Our client, a major entertainment studio, is seeking a Campaign Planning Coordinator. Responsibilities: The entry of all promotional elements into Media Resource Management database (MRM) prioritizing the entry of these elements in MRM and facilitating updates to these elements and/or schedule changes in a timely and accurate manner, and to communicate these updates to key departments (i.e. On Air Promotions, Media Planning Scheduling, Traffic, Mastering, Media Services, etc.). Work with Manager and Campaign Planners to oversee and implement all work order entry in MRM of on-air and off-air promotional elements for all channels Provide input regarding the development of needed promotional elements (i.e., spot lengths, tracks). Maintain knowledge of the network’s priorities and available promotional elements to help drive ratings and enrich viewing experience on both linear and non-linear platforms. Maintain a broad knowledge of the kid’s television landscape by researching competitive platforms, both linear and non-linear. Have a clear understanding of promotional terms, formats and on-air look, both internally and competitively. Work with the following departments to ensure the proper airing of all promotional and program elements: Media Planning, Multi-Platform Programming, On Air Promotions, Marketing, Publicity, Digital Media, S&P, Traffic, Mastering and Media Operations. Responsible for the entry of all AD IDs in platform to be used for on air and off-air scheduling. Generate reports and queries to assist in the analysis of promotional elements. The client is a leading retailer doing business online and through a national network of brick and mortar stores. The planner will work with a cross-functional team and collaborate with external planning colleagues to convert data into insights and those insights into business-building creative ideas. Responsibilities Bring the consumer to life for both the client and the agency; being the consumer’s champion so that the brand work is seen as authentic and culturally relevant. Interpret cultural and social trends (especially in digital and social spaces) for use as the focal point for briefs that will guide our digital and creative teams.
