Motion Graphics Producer
Our client, a major entertainment studio, is looking for a Motion Graphics Producer to join the Creative Services team. We're looking for candidates with the following skill set and experience to fill the role. Responsibilities: Graphics liaison between Creative Services and other departments within company Point of contact and delegator for graphics and visual effects requests sent to Creative Services. Organize project workflow for After Effects, Cinema 4D, MAYA, NUKE, and Flame Artists. Setup and track projects, and time within work management platforms and other enterprise tools. Maintain the review and approval system we utilize via setting up projects, creating review links, managing permissions, and ensuring parties to projects are included. Quality Control of final graphics sent by artists ensuring technical specifications, timings, and codec. Work closely with graphic and visual effects artists to ensure they have the elements needed to complete their assigned tasks. Communicate with engineering to request graphics and visual effects software when needed. Relay to manage any roadblocks and always be looking for ways to improve the workflow. Attend internal meetings and meetings with clients when necessary. Supervise visual effects projects, facilitating communication and asset deliveries between show runners, producers and our internal visual effects team. Requirements: 1-5 Years Experience working in graphics and/or visual effects at a post-production facility, studio, or broadcast facility. Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and common software plugins. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task well. Great Customer Service skills. Experience working with Workflow Management and enterprise tools. Understanding of Review and approval process and tools. JOB DESCRIPTION: Manages large and/or multiple projects with significant impact on business processes and technology used firm-wide. Influences strategic direction and develops tactical plans with substantial latitude. Provides comprehensive solutions to complex problems and has extensive contact with internal clients and the business. Manages complex projects from proposal and requirements definition to project planning and implementation, using broad and extensive input from industry and/or business unit subject matter experts. RESPONSIBILITIES: Conducts preliminary investigation for all project requests by reviewing requirements and specifications and testing and by reviewing support and training plans to ensure they are aligned with organizational priorities, business plans, and objectives. Provides a proactive interface between project stakeholders and senior management team to ensure complete and accurate definitions of business requirements and delivery of business applications. Identifies defines, and documents complex business and technical requirements, processes, and deliverables. Develops, prepares, presents, and maintains project plans, including staffing requirements, cost estimates, detailed budgets, and work breakdown structures and schedules. Performs project risk assessments, including identifying key risk factors, providing effective mitigation strategies, and assigning contingency action plans to both schedules and budgets Manages projects and teams, including applying established methodologies, using change control templates and processes; managing time and recording activities using defined scheduling tools; monitoring budgets; coordinating resource acquisition and utilization; serving as a liaison with internal customers and external suppliers, and communicating regularly with project stakeholders. Delivers systems on appropriate platforms in compliance with established technology standards, including monitoring testing, executing quality assurance checks, and ensuring information technology acceptance criteria are met before implementation.
