Hardlines Asset Coordinator
Our client, a major entertainment studio, is seeking an Asset Coordinator join the Hardlines Product Development team. Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the Media content of all assets mainly for the PD team including Hardlines and Softlines. May assist broader teams such as Licensing, Franchise as well as Creative Group if necessary. Request all types of file materials such as loglines, scripts, content calendars, content bibles, preliminary sketches, final CG arts, turnarounds, color callouts, branding logos, final frames, audio files, clips, and 3D/Maya files to TV Channel for product development. Route requested assets through the asset clearance/approval process and get ready the asset materials for use as reference or on actual product. Accountable for distributing highly confidential assets and artworks to internal/external groups through the asset distribution process within deadlines. Attend all meetings related to the asset follow-ups and manage the Asset Development Tracker with TV Channel. Monitor any potential asset development delays and alert to TV Channel and internal teams. Organize all old and latest assets and archive ongoing digital assets to build the accessible PD asset library to all asset users. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in the licensed product development field and/or content development; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Intermediate computer skill is required, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynotes. Basic design program skillset is a plus, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro. Possess complete knowledge of product development process or content development. Must be able to simultaneously handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. PLEASE NOTE: Prior experience working with clients and accounts in the financial services industry is required. Prior advertising agency experience is required. This person will help support the Globalization team on all aspects of project management including planning and execution to deliver high quality localized campaigns, retail, digital and launch assets to our distributors, partners, and customers in over 30 languages. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage interaction with cross-functional teams, in-country offices, localization service providers, and validation agencies coordinating key steps to bring projects to fruition promptly and with high quality.
