Requirements: Manage the product design team’s projects on properties like .com, mobile app, and more across all platforms including mobile and OTT for devices like Roku and Apple TV. Managing the complete design life cycle for multiple projects, resource allocation and scheduling, quality reviews, stakeholder sign off, and risk management. Project manage various creative initiatives that our multiple teams depend on, ranging from design, UX testing, content media management and demos to stakeholders. Run weekly or by-sprint planning and status meetings, unblocking the teams’ impediments. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and organized appropriately. Plan and track design tasks in Jira, and devise opportunities to improve team efficiency and trackability. Run user testing projects when needed on new products or features. Agile project management of software development cross-functional teams comprising of onsite and offsite engineers, QA, a product manager, an engineering manager, and design resource. Work with Product, Engineering, other Project Managers and various stakeholders to prioritize and coordinate design and creative efforts to deliver on schedule, ensuring team collaboration, proper planning, execution, and delivery are timely for the overall success of the projects. Coach, facilitate and start a consistent and beneficial Agile process methodologies for the product design team, driving process, and transparency, by conducting agile frameworks that can help designers do their best work. Communicate with the business around teams velocity and projects health not just for your own teams but supporting the PMO in reporting on all Design status Musts: 3-4 years multi-project management experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, technical (SDLC) environment across Web, Mobile Applications and OTT platforms Scrum Master certification with a good understanding of all things Agile (Scrum, Kanban, and other methodologies) including the ceremonies of backlog grooming, standups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective. Experience working with Designers, Web Designers, Mobile App Designers. UX designers and/or creative teams. Proficiency in tools: Jira, Confluence, google suite, Slack, and ability to whip up a presentation or project plan when needed. A proactive, efficient, and resourceful approach and ability to thrive in a creative and deadline-driven environment Strong communication and status sharing skills, and excellent listening skills Willing to travel occasionally between San Francisco and Los Angeles Lots of ideas to bring to the table to help organize and manage complex and time-driven requests for the product design team. Project Manager (New Business Proposals Team)
Our client, a leading B2B Branding agency, is looking for a Project Manager with extensive experience in New Business proposal and pitch development. This role begins on-site in NYC as soon as possible. What you'll be doing: Leading all new business proposal and pitch projects in partnership with the senior creative and account leaders from start to finish, taking briefs from client, setting objectives and timelines for creative team, ensuring creative deliverables are on task and strategy, managing feedback. Scope all factors affecting client's marketing and business objectives and participate in developing out clear KPI's and benchmarks of success. Help with day-to-day management of internal resources to execute on bid/ RFP's. Keep organized notes, records, clear, timely, and regular reporting to ensure teams hit goals and timelines. Creative Project Manager
Our client, a top lifestyle company located in San Francisco is looking to hire a Project Manager to add to their creative team. This is a contract through the end of the year, 40 hrs/wk onsite. They will work as a liaison between internal business partners and the creative team. This role is responsible for the on-brief and on-time delivery of all assigned creative requests, including timeline development and tracking, coordination of stakeholder reviews, feedback management, internal ticket tracking, expectation management, and quality control. Responsibilities: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time Develop a detailed project timeline/work back schedule which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project. Review the project schedule with all team members that will be affected by the project activities. Revise the schedule as required and throughout the project - this should happen in a timely manner and document in the project ticket. You will report to the Engagement Editor and be responsible for: Finding and developing new audiences, providing them with the right content at the right time, and building loyalty with our customers through a multi-platform strategy working with departments across a portfolio of brands including editorial, sales, product, design, business intelligence and more. Monitor and grow the digital audiences of multiple brands through platforms such as Apple News, Smart News, and more as a part of the Growth & Engagement team. Come up with innovative solutions to grow engagement on emerging platforms, acting as the “voice” for the brands on outside channels. What you'll be doing: Act as a client-facing representative of the agency for your clients, help lead client meetings, contribute to the discussion, and support the success of the business. Responsible for the “paper trail” – write detailed meeting notes and client call reports. Provide support in developing client presentations. Ensure client billing, extranet, and other administrative duties run smoothly. Work closely with internal resources to understand the client’s business, brand, and marketing in order to contribute ideas. Proactively research and explore client brand and customer needs and attitudes.
