Project Producer - Entertainment/Upfront Presentation
Our client, a premium streaming content provider, is seeking a freelance Project Producer to join their team. You will report to the Sr Manager, Production and work on the Creative Marketing team. Responsibilities: Intake strategic and narrative direction from business stakeholders and interpret for communication to multiple Creative Studio resources including art directors, video leads, designers, editors, motion graphics designers, copywriters, and creative technologists. Collaborate with one or more external creative and/or live production agencies to intake project specs and hand off creative deliverables for finishing. Evaluate and proactively identify strategic and/or creative spec discrepancies throughout the project lifecycle. Assist with project requirements and own project and master calendaring, and inter/intra department communication. Establish and build relationships across teams in an effort to improve communication operational effectiveness. Be passionate about delivering the best creative, but able to find ways of producing it that does not jeopardize schedule and budget. Musts: 4-6 years experience at a client or agency producing and/or project managing design, video and digital creative Proven performance in a project manager or similar role supporting presentation deliverables such as Keynote and PowerPoint. Design and/or live event production experience is preferred. Ability to convey thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively in visual, verbal and written format. Strong project management principles, including the ability to shine under pressure, work independently, making on-the-fly decisions to meet tight deadlines. Brand Strategy Manager
Onward Search is hiring a Brand Strategy Manager for an international client located in Alpharetta on a long-term contract basis (30/hrs/week). Project Scope: This is a W2 contract role that is expected to last for 1-year The work must be completed onsite at their offices in Alpharetta and 30-hours/weekly are expected Remote candidates will NOT be considered Job Summary: The Brand Strategy Manager will help to drive the strategic execution of the Company brand platform and partner in the management of ongoing band management and brand experience initiatives. He/She will serve as a day-to-day contact with internal and external teams on branding execution including visual identity design, collateral design, sports sponsorship creative assets, co-branding, web strategy and much more. Responsibilities: Support in the execution of brand messaging programs to support the Company’s brand evolution including brand awareness efforts; providing clarity around purpose, partnering to infuse positioning in messaging, and promoting attributes that differentiate Equifax in the marketplace Support acquisition integration activities, i.e., brand audit assessment, tracking and reporting, brand integration execution, etc. Assist with managing ongoing updates to existing brand assets, templates, guidelines and online brand portal; aid in leading brand awareness and compliance efforts company-wide Evaluate and provide approvals for partner brand activities and 3rd party use of the Company logo, with the promise of safeguarding the integrity and value of the Company in co-relationships; monitor use and agreement terms; SharePoint site management. Design Operation Systems Admin
Our client, a top electronics manufacturer located in Newark is looking to hire a Design Technician Coordinator for a 6+ month opportunity. This person will be responsible for managing documentation services to support the companies digital asset management systems. Packaging includes the design of the structure, graphics, and documentation. Coodinate and manage Bill of Materials (BOM), including part numbers creation, releases, change orders and end to end process. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work collaboratively with internal clients to deliver solutions that meet business objectives and assure high quality to meet schedule - Create and manage BOM part numbers for all packaging elements, including but not limited to original design and localization of graphics, structure and documentation, and all other supporting files - Version control and change management - Release of part numbers to manufactures - Start workflows for design work and localization BACKGROUND + EXPERIENCE: - BA degree or 2 years equivalent work experience - Digital Asset Management systems (DAMs) - Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Apps - Understanding of BOM structures - Understanding of retail packaging development - Understanding of graphics development processes - Previous experience in the retail consumer electronics industry is a plus
