Ad Operations Specialist
Our client, a top ad agency in South FL is looking for an Ad Operations Specialist to join their team, on-site, 40 hours/week on a freelance basis from November to December with the potential to go full-time. The Ad Operations Specialist is responsible for creating, implementing, testing and trouble-shooting digital tracking initiatives based on the requirements provided by clients, internal strategy, analysts, vendors, and developers. Using that information AdOps will setup online tracking and then monitor the results for the agency and client. This person will be working with internal and external teams. Responsibilities Work on various web tracking initiatives with the responsibility of clearly setting and communicating expectations with all stakeholders. Establish and successfully manage against implementation timelines. Ensure projects are on track, so that accurate information is reliably captured and provides the necessary insight to inform the agency’s digital marketing strategies. Proactively conduct in-depth quality assurance through the use of debugging and analytical tools to ensure data accuracy and hygiene. Lead in troubleshooting known or suspected problems with the tagging/tracking technology used in implemented projects. Communicate with internal teams regarding strategy and business needs and create tracking plans to support those endeavors. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing or related field 2+ years of interactive/digital trafficking experience 2+ years of project management experience – launching new software, processes, operations Knowledgeable in web tracking technologies, related tracking platforms and upcoming trends in the space. Customer Journey Lead
Our client, a top financial company located in Downtown LA is looking to hire a Customer Journey Lead that can work 2 days in LA and 3 days in their Long Beach office. This person will be accountable for leading the go-to-market strategies for their activities. With the goal of driving customer acquisition and retention, responsibilities include designing the end-to-end journey across channels and touch points (paid, earned and owned), evolving and iterating journey plans based on KPIs, and performing market research and in-market feedback and working closely with partners in creative, legal, marketing channel teams and agencies. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops the ideal investor journey experience, including channel plan with knowledge of key investor segments and the KPIs that will be most critical to achieving business objectives. Works closely with product & service counterparts to achieve joint goals and inform a learning agenda for input into subsequent journeys. Drives the development of the go-to-market strategy and ensures journey plans are digital-first, on-strategy, on-time and on-budget and leverages tactics across paid, owned and earned channels. Using data & analytics creates investor segmentation and identifies target strategies using demographic, behavioral and emotional attributes. Provides expertise on digital marketing best practices, testing and optimization and drives results in planning and managing end-to-end investor campaigns. Evolves and iterates customer journey plans via an analytical approach – driving daily use of metrics and in-market feedback to identify types of data needed, design tests, and understand/synthesize a statistical analysis. Oversees the sprint planning process including ideation, prioritization, and alignment of work to be executed during the current and future sprints. Manages disciplined test/creative brief creation for prioritized tests and overall test design. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: At least 7 years of experience in customer journey related roles. Financial Industry preferred Strong understanding of customer journey mapping methodologies and conducting user testing Exceptional knowledge of Analytics tools (Tableau, Adobe/Google Analytics, etc.) Familiarity with Adobe Marketing solutions (Experience, Target, Audience, Campaign, etc.) Experience with Agile Marketing practices, including using tools such as Jira and Confluence. Account Manager, Social Media
Our client, a PR Agency in Buckhead is looking for a Social Media Account Manager to join their team ASAP on a temp-to-perm basis. This person will be client-facing as well as hands-on, managing paid and owned social media campaigns. This person will build a strategy, create compelling content and measure the results, analyze the metrics, communicate the results to clients and recommend improvements for future programs. Reporting to the Sr. Account Director, this person will take the lead on clients’ social media marketing efforts by creating and executing campaigns to engage with audiences and convert them to customers through organic content, paid social content and influencers to deliver results for clients. This person will have one direct report and may also lead agency digital strategy, social media planning, and new business proposals. Day-to-day: Serve as the day-to-day social media contact for assigned clients, acting as a liaison between clients and internal staff with the goal of customer satisfaction and relationship-building through outstanding delivery of projects and services Plan and manage client budgets and prepare cost estimates for proposed plans Identify threats and opportunities, provide ongoing counsel to clients, while communicating and reporting on all client activities and successes Manage timelines and resources for incoming/current/ongoing projects.
