Creative Project Management Associate
Onward Search is looking for a Creative Project Management Associate to work with one of our clients in the travel/hospitality industry located in Miami, FL! This person will have the opportunity to work with a culture driven first creative team for a freelance to possible full-time opportunity (ONSITE). Job Summary: This person will be responsible for directing the workflow and coordinating the creative development of projects and campaigns, including the creation of print collateral, digital content, web, product branding, video and events. Responsibilities: Work directly with Marketing, Sales, Product Development and Operational account teams to understand project request, gather requirements, clarify strategic objectives, deliverables and delivery dates, plan resources (both internal and external freelancers) and develop a clear and actionable project plan Manage creative team members’ daily workload and priorities Efficiently and effectively manage day-to-day projects and address any roadblocks encountered in difficult and time sensitive situations. Work closely with landlords/retail partners and internal brand partners to drive adherence to schedule and budget. Partner with internal key partners such as Indirect Procurement, Legal, Finance, Brand Sales, and Brand Global Store Design. Work closely with external partners such as General Contractors, Architects, and Fixture Contractors to bid projects and assess project costs. Communicate clearly and effectively on schedule and budget with brands and internal corporate entities on progress of shops.
