Position Scope: Need someone sooner than later Needs to be willing to work in the office; this is key 16-24 hours/week guaranteed, hoping to be consistently closer to 30-40 hours/week, but they can NOT guarantee that Contract to perm, probably 6-12 months before the conversion. Primary focus is (initially) on Rheem, so being able to work efficiently on a range of projects from headline and concept down through technical how to, video to print. Ultimately, BRR needs somebody with a varied book. Many writers are only showing 20 TV spots and that one ad they did at portfolio center. Or worse, they’re showing a hundred blog posts and no ads or TV. This position will do video and TV only occasionally. He or she might have a dozen banner ads to do one day and a brochure to do the next. Then an ad, then a poster. The right writer will need to be equally adept at writing headlines as the body copy that follows it (can't be an either/or writer)
