Assist the A/V Solutions Engineer in the administration, configuration, and customization of A/V software systems. Experiment with and test new A/V features and technology. Create and maintain documentation re: A/V systems and technology. Collaborate with the A/V Solutions Engineer to provide training, usage guidance, and targeted consultation services to teams across the organization. Build and maintain expertise in A/V technology, and be a knowledge resource for A/V Solutions Engineer in developing and guiding usage of A/V portfolio. Contribute to A/V projects in collaboration with the A/V Solutions Engineer, including both technical and usage-focused initiatives. Assist the A/V Solutions Engineer in managing and advancing our catalog of A/V accessories. Coordinate with other internal and external resources as-needed to deliver responsibilities.
