This role Supports and is a resource for the Global Distribution Data Management (GDDM) Group and Business Intelligence team. Works with all levels of Global Distribution staff to provide daily support for maintenance of accurate information on CRM and sales reporting systems. The person in this role will be receiving “cases” to update data in our Salesforce (CRM) system. These cases range in complexity from easy to hard. Some issues may require some research or analysis before coming up with a solution.Skills:Analyze and resolve customer data update requests in Salesforce. Review and resolve daily client data exception reports. Process daily Sales System transaction resolution items to ensure trades received have the correct firm, branch and representative data. This role will serve as a retail merchandising and productivity expert and function as an internal consultant to Sales, Marketing, and Product Development in the areas of product line development, in-store merchandising, and assortment strategy. The Omnichannel Merchandising Team determines the shelf position of products placed US channels of distribution. The team applies shopper insights and retailer financial analysis to increase sales by optimizing our merchandising strategies and tactics.Planogram Development and Management:Develop shopper insight driven shelf schematics of US Toy and Game brands using JDA’s Prospace software for the following.
