The Content and Production Manager will play an integral role and be responsible for the management of the Animation assets for the television, home video, and digital life cycles. Responsibilities: Understands, supports, and manages assets across television, home video (DVD, BD), digital (AVOD, SVOD, TVOD), simulcast, and localization production and distribution workflows. Develops, budgets, and generates animation assets Trains, supervises, and develops others to scale production Owns life cycle asset management across production with vendors, licensors, licensees, and cross-functional teams Tracks and documents the status and progress of assets along the post-production, production, and distribution pipelines Serves as a SME for asset production and content supply chain Use various software and equipment to edit, create, conform, and convert assets to meet production and distribution specifications Work with partners, platforms, and vendors regarding technical specifications for animation production Determines cost and efficiencies to leverage in-house or outsourcing of video / audio / timed text edits, conformance, etc. Develops and maintains quality control of animation assets Experience: Experience in asset management experience in the Media & Entertainment industry Minimum 7+ years working in post-production, home video & streaming, and/or Media & Entertainment operation environments Understanding of digital asset and content management SaaS platforms Savvy production knowledge and expertise with video, audio, metadata, and timed text (subtitles, closed captions, forced narratives) technical specifications and formats in multiple languages Proficient use of various delivery methods, software, and technology (Aspera, AWS, Adobe Premiere/edit tools, Subtitling/Caption & QC software, Google Workspace, etc.).
