Associate Creative Director

In this position, you’ll drive the creative process from initial development to implementation in order to create dynamic concepts. Paid Social Manager
Our client is seeking a Paid Social Specialist for its growing team in Downtown Denver. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of how to set up and optimize paid social media campaigns using key performance indicators in paid social advertising. Day-to-Day: Set up, manage, and optimize paid social media buys, specifically Facebook campaigns Oversee execution with direct campaign management using self-serve paid social platforms Work with social platform representatives for troubleshooting or optimization recommendations Manage client approvals, campaign budgets, pacing, and placement optimizations Use media buying system to update campaign budget changes and oversee vendor billing reconciliation Reporting Develop and communicate campaign performance against client business objectives and KPIs, both written and verbally Critically analyze and process campaign data to develop key insights, recommend optimizations, and address implications based on performance Present overviews to digital and non-digital stakeholders using a storytelling reporting format Requirements: 4+ years of experience in paid social media campaign buying 4+ years managing paid Facebook campaigns Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $1m plus Knowledge in audience creation and segmentation, targeting tactics, campaign management, and campaign optimization across all paid social platforms Deep understanding of paid social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads, preferably also with knowledge in Pinterest, Twitter, and Snapchat Ads Experience with paid social creative development and best practices a plus Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Apply with an updated resume if you meet these requirements
