Will use current web content management business processes and capabilities to deliver quality components and experiences. Responsibilities include measuring and reporting on web performance on a regular and ad hoc basis. Requires deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (Adobe Analytics a plus). RESPONSIBILITIES: Leverages all available resources and creative assets to build web experiences via relevant tools, primarily AEM. Leverages skills in design, writing, user experience, to build page components, full pages, and broader experiences Works extensively with IT partners on enhancements to authoring experience, component and template development, and determining the best approaches for delivering experiences that can’t be supported with existing capabilities Is the administrator of web configuration tools (e.g. target, audience mgr, AEM, etc.) that are leveraged to deliver targeted and personalized audience experiences and A/B tests Provides coverage across teams as assigned to ensure releases and publishing are coordinated across sites, audiences/campaigns Provides support to distributed authors, ensuring web experiences are built leveraging best practices and standards. (e.g. SEO, metadata, brand, tagging, etc.) Works with technology teams to maintain web applications using Adobe’s Experience Manager CMS to include site architecture, custom components, workflow development In partnership with cross-functional teams including UX and IT, enforces platform standards and processes. Supports day-to-day compliance with key build standards and metrics (e.g. page load and weight, metadata, URL best practices and redirects, etc.) Collaborates extensively x-functionally to support the continuous improvement and optimization of channel processes Collaborates with others and assists in completing work assignments, as needed Performs quality checks and verifies the accuracy of work SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES: Three to five years of web publishing content production experience Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS Detail-oriented self-starter who takes initiative and able to work independently Strong troubleshooting skills Ability to quickly comprehend dynamic enterprise workflows and process Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager or other Content Management Systems Experience in JavaScript a plus Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Develops, codes, and broadcasts emails to intended audiences that meet documented business requirements. Gathers email and landing page requirements, including content and design materials. Interacts with writers, designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to gather all relevant email inputs to gain a comprehensive understanding of the purpose or goal of an email. Works closely with the web/digital producer to understand required timelines and schedules for emails to ensure deliverables meet deadlines. Interacts with quality management and copy/content editor resources to resolve email bugs and broadcasts email to intended audiences upon final quality management signoff. Researches competitor email offerings and customer audience needs to continually build knowledge of best practices for email communication. Analyzes the technical capabilities of the email tools, technologies, and interfaces and makes recommendations for improvement. Leverages email tool queries/reports to troubleshoot problem areas and to determine reasons for non-optimal email delivery.
