Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps SR PROGRAM MANAGER (M&A) for a leading entertainment company.

You’ll join their team, focusing on Technology Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures (MAD). This role is integral to managing and executing technology integration and separation activities, working closely with diverse teams to ensure seamless transitions and alignment with strategic objectives.

The is a full-time, 12-month contract that is hybrid onsite in New York City.

SR PROGRAM MANAGER (M&A) Responsibilities: 

  • Mitigate issues and risks across various departments 
  • Develop and manage MAD program deliverables 
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals 
  • Facilitate the integration or separation of technology systems, data, and processes 
  • Oversee financial aspects of the project, including cost estimation and billing management 
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle 
  • Provide regular status updates to senior management and other key stakeholders 
  • Establish frameworks and structure in any situation that lacks organization
  • Manage the day-to-day program activities and resources, and chair team meetings 

SR PROGRAM MANAGER (M&A) Requirements: 

  • At least 8 years of demonstrated experience managing technology mergers, acquisition, and divestiture programs 
  • 5+ years of strong Program Delivery experience across multiple technology workstreams 
  • Strong Excel skills (analytics, pivot tables, formulas, etc) 
  • 3+ years of experience in a Major Consulting firm is strongly preferred
  • Proven success in establishing structure and governance around complex multifaceted initiatives 
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills 
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills 
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
  • Tools: MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • *To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
