We’re looking to hire a Salesforce Product Manager for a Fortune 500 financial services client.  Teams are very collaborative and have a passion for creating cutting edge customer experiences.  

You’ll join the Product team to provide guidance to product owners and scrum teams while leading Salesforce product development. This is a 12 – month contract + extension. The team is located in New York City (Manhattan), and the role is hybrid on-site 1 days/week. 
 
Salesforce Product Manager Responsibilities: 

• Serve as the Salesforce business owner
• Guide Salesforce Product Owners in prioritizing and identifying the most valuable features for each cycle
• Ensure Salesforce Product Owners effectively represent the interests of their business stakeholders.
• Derive actionable insights and strategic recommendations from internal stakeholder feedback.
• Mentor Salesforce Product Owners in stakeholder management and communication.
• Coach Salesforce Product Owners in developing and clearly articulating epics and features.
• Contribute to the development of a strategic plan for feature rollout, encompassing communication and training strategies.
• Lead and mentor the Salesforce Support and Marketing Support Teams in case management, issue resolution, escalation procedures, month-end support, and industry best practices.
• Offer ongoing guidance and support for data migration strategies, including the development of risk mitigation plans for current projects.
• Prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment across scrum teams when necessary.
• Drive innovation to optimize operational efficiency and achieve a comprehensive customer view for internal Commercial teams
• Guarantee alignment among all impacted business teams for each request.
• Effectively and consistently communicate the value delivered to business stakeholders in accordance with lean principles.

Salesforce Product Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• 8 years total work experience (any industry)
• 5 years salesforce experience (any industry)
• 3 years leadership (any industry)
• 1+ years with direct reports is must have (any industry)
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and proficiency in coaching product owners.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities coupled with a keen curiosity and inclination to challenge existing processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for senior-level audiences.
• Capacity to cultivate and maintain productive working relationships across departmental boundaries.
• Ability to think creatively with a focus on business architecture.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, including proficiency in conflict resolution and negotiation.
