We’re looking to hire a client-facing Customer Success Account Manager (Contract) for our digital music service client.

  • This is a 6 month role with the opportunity to extend and/or convert.
  • The role is located in Culver City, Los Angeles, CA.
  • Hybrid 3 days remote, 2 in-person - preferred days Wed. and Thurs.
  • Experience as a Customer Success Account Manager from an agency environment. e-commerce publishing, or social companies.

Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver best-in-class customer service to our client's advertiser and agency partners by being the point of contact, fielding requests, and communicating with clients throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Partner with Sales Team for RFP response and media planning strategy across all buying channels. 
  • Participate in client meetings for campaign prep & launch, optimization recommendations, campaign reporting.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance reporting.
  • Educate clients on new and existing products. such as audio advertising, videos, display ads.
  • Own the post-campaign analysis with learnings and recommendations to drive repeat business.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
  • Experience in Media Planning is required as well as a strong understanding of advertising performance metrics. 
  • Provide world-class customer service, translate client requests into recommendations that meet business objectives, ability to craft impactful sales rationale stories by using data and research.
  • Excellent knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint,  CRMs, Ad Servers, and other digital media tech systems.

  • *To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
