We’re looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for a banking and financial services company. Join a team that prioritizes customer satisfaction and professional growth.
You’ll join the Customer Service team to provide exceptional support and accurate information regarding depositor accounts and financial products. This is a 6-month Contract opportunity. The role is located in Salt Lake City, Utah, and is fully on-site.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information on deposit products and services.
- Perform timely follow-ups on account inquiries.
- Research, analyze, verify, and reconcile account information.
- Maintain existing accounts in compliance with servicing guidelines.
- Document interactions clearly and update database systems.
- Escalate exceptional service reports and complaints as needed.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Some banking or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of business processes and departmental systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week, and the length of the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
