We’re looking to hire an Advertising & Marketing Manager for a financial service institution.

You’ll join the Advertising & Brand Strategy Team to support product upper funnel campaigns (the first stage of the customer's journey). 

  • This is a 6 month role with the opportunity to extend
  • The role is located in Westwood, MA and is hybrid onsite.

Responsibilities: 

  • This role requires a balance of leading campaigns from the early strategic thinking to creative development and execution that help deliver on brand and business objectives.
  • Manage integrated campaigns through from concept to execution by overseeing the production process (pre/shoot/post production). 
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Creative, Agencies to develop and execute creative strategies across traditional and emerging media, brand activations, branch and digital content.
  • Assist with budget management, trafficking and legal approval. 
     

Requirements: 

  • 8+ years digital marketing experience in the financial or banking industry is a plus or recent advertising agency experience in Account Management.
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications.
  • Experience planning, developing, and implementing multi-channel marketing programs including writing creative briefs and driving data-driven insights and testing strategies.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
