We’re looking to hire an Project Manager (Non IT) VM&A Integration Senior Manager) for a leading e-commerce marketplace. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company with a collaborative and fast-paced culture.

You’ll join the M&A Integration team to lead the integration of acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments across all business functions. This role involves working closely with internal strategy teams and over 300 stakeholders to ensure seamless post-deal execution. The role is located in San Jose ,CA, and is hybrid for a 6 months of contract duration.

Project Manager (Non IT) V-M&A Integration Senior Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead integration planning and execution for acquisitions in verticals like fashion, collectibles, automotive, and e-commerce.
  • Develop and implement integration strategies, ensuring alignment with financial models and synergy objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including corporate development, product, tech, and payment organizations.
  • Assist with the Caramel acquisition, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Create and refine integration playbooks, scorecards, and process improvements.
  • Utilize Monday.com and PowerPoint for project tracking, playbooks, and presentations.
  • Present regular integration updates to leadership and executive teams.
  • Oversee project management, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities using RASCI frameworks.

Project Manager (Non IT) V-M&A Integration Senior Manager Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, M&A integration, investment banking, or consulting in a D2C organization.
  • Strong experience in cross-functional and commercial integration, preferably in vehicles, e-commerce, marketplaces, auction houses, or trading houses.
  • Knowledge of sports, fashion, and collectibles is a plus but not required.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguous environments, lead complex projects, and execute high-level integration strategies.
  • Strong communication skills to align stakeholders and manage integration updates at an executive level.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
  • Experience with Monday.com, PowerPoint, and other PM tools.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week, and the length of the assignment must be at least 10 weeks.
