Join our client's team as a dynamic Account Manager, where you will act as the essential link between the ad agency and brand teams. Your role will be pivotal in managing day-to-day relationships and providing strategic guidance to help achieve business objectives and sales goals.
This is a full-time 12-month + contract opportunity. The role is located in Chicago, IL and is hybrid onsite. 

Account Manager III Responsibilities: 

• Serve as the primary liaison, ensuring seamless communication between the agency and brand teams.

• Collaborate with creative staff and external partners to deliver strategic direction and counsel.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of account specifics, including product attributes, marketing objectives, and competitive landscape.

• Oversee the agency workflow process, from project initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications, budgets, and timelines.

• Develop creative briefs and recommend promotional tactics aligned with brand strategies.

• Facilitate effective communication through client contact reports and ensure timely project completion.

• Conduct financial reconciliations monthly and track time daily.

Account Manager III Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree or equivalent experience is advantageous.

• A minimum of 5-7 years of total account management experience, with a preference for pharmaceutical industry exposure.

• In-house ad agency or ad agency experience is a plus.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present effectively.

• High energy, organized, and comfortable in a high-visibility role.

• Ability to manage a high volume of projects in a fast-paced, creative environment.

• Demonstrated leadership in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
  
  Additional Information:

• Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.

• A digital background and familiarity with online tools and solutions are beneficial.
