We’re seeking a Sr. UX/UI Designer - Design Systems for a leading healthcare and consumer goods company. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with potential to extend, fully remote with EST hours.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design reusable experience design templates for an evolving, theme-able design system. Your work will support a broad portfolio of product brand websites and go-to-market strategies. You’ll play a hands-on role in discovery, requirements gathering, and design execution, contributing to a strategic design system initiative.

Sr. UX/UI Designer - Design Systems Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the XD design team, business partners, and tech stakeholders to define reusable experience design templates.

• Support the creation of a theme-able design system for multiple product brand websites.

• Conduct discovery and gather requirements to inform template design.

• Lead design and development of templates/layouts for brand websites aligned with strategic product initiatives.

• Audit and assess existing brand experiences to identify commonalities and standardization opportunities.

• Ensure alignment with both the evolving internal design system and global parent standards.

• Partner with leadership to prioritize and integrate templates into the design system.

• Assist in piloting design system workflows and iterating on templates to meet user needs.

Sr. UX/UI Designer - Design Systems Qualifications:

• Expertise in Figma, including libraries, components, variable modes, tokens, auto-layout, etc.

• Experience leveraging and building design systems.

• Demonstrated ability to lead discovery and design of reusable templates/layouts.

• Experience assessing and aligning brand experiences with design system strategies.

• Strong collaboration skills across design, business, and technical teams.
