Our client is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Digital Campaign Manager to lead the execution of innovative advertising solutions. This role plays a crucial part in driving brand awareness and conversion success through expertly managed campaigns.

Digital Campaign Manager Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and refine both managed service and self-service campaigns, leveraging a deep understanding of brand messaging and direct response tactics.

• Define and track key performance indicators to measure campaign success, utilizing internal analytics tools.

• Ensure meticulous adherence to best practices throughout the campaign lifecycle, from pre-sale to post-sale.

• Maintain comprehensive campaign materials within the team's shared repository for seamless access and collaboration.

• Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and provide exceptional client service to foster growth and trust.

• Manage the trafficking of campaign tags across ad technology platforms and oversee the QA process for accurate campaign execution.

• Collaborate with the Analytics team to generate insightful reports and provide clients with performance updates and optimization opportunities.

• Address and resolve any issues that arise during pre-production and live campaigns to ensure smooth operations.

Digital Campaign Manager Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication, writing, and project management skills.

• Ability to provide strategic advice on best practices and identify areas for improvement.
