We’re seeking a results-driven Search Performance Manager for a remote opportunity supporting a leading retail media client. This is a project role through January 2026, with the potential to extend.

In this role, you will support the performance of first-party supplier search campaigns by leveraging optimization strategies, data analysis, and campaign insights to drive measurable outcomes. This is a remote position open to candidates located in the continental U.S., with a preference for those on the East Coast.

Must be eligible to work on a W-2 basis without sponsorship.

Search Performance Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance strategies for paid search campaigns.

• Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to drive efficiency and scale.

• Optimize account structures and keyword targeting to improve performance.

• Generate and deliver detailed reporting and insights for stakeholders.

• Provide actionable recommendations for account and campaign optimization.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, account managers, campaign managers, and ad tech/API partners.

• Ensure alignment with business goals and campaign KPIs.

Search Performance Manager Qualifications:

• In-depth understanding of the media and retail media landscape.

• 3 years of hands-on experience in paid search marketing and campaign management.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on revenue growth and performance improvement.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation).

• Paid Search Marketing experience, ideally within a retail media or digital advertising context.

• Proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau for performance tracking and visualization.
