We’re partnering with a leading industry company to find a talented Product Owner to support a hybrid working environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leading Agile teams and delivering user-focused web applications. The position offers an exciting 7-12 month contract opportunity based in a flexible, collaborative setting.

Product Owner Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals and technical constraints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish the product vision, develop roadmaps, and plan releases.
- Create clear user stories and acceptance criteria, organizing features based on their business value.
- Represent the voice of customers and end-users throughout product development.
- Coordinate with developers, UX designers, QA, and Scrum Masters to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.
Product Owner Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Owner or similar role within an Agile/Scrum framework.
- Deep understanding of Angular (v10+) frontend frameworks and Java-based RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Proven ability to convert business needs and UX designs into actionable technical specifications.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and version control tools such as Git.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
- CSPO or comparable Agile certification.
- Workday configuration experience; integration experience preferred.
- Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience in cloud-native platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with the Fineos platform is an advantage.
- Preferred: Insurance experience in Disability and Life products.
