Customer Experience Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of complex CRM campaigns, ensuring timely and flawless execution while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and generate status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to align project goals and optimize campaign performance.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, manage timelines, and address risks proactively to ensure seamless delivery.

Customer Experience Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant experience.
• Three to five years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or directly related roles.
• Hands-on experience managing client relationships, campaigns, or response programs.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects within fast-paced environments, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights and identify optimization opportunities.
