Integrated Project Manager
Onward Search is on the hunt for an Integrated Project Manager to join our client for a long-term freelance assignment - approximately 6 months. You'll report to the Director of Creative and be responsible for leading all photo/ video shoots. Specific requirements include working with outside production vendorts, casting, managing pre-production, production, and post for video/ photoshoots. Shoots include photo and video at once and are primarily used for campaign assets and social. You will also be required to get approvals from various stake holders, legal, and work within the constraints for each shoot. You will report to the Manager UX Design and be responsible to: Working with the asset team to review, ingest, organize artwork into internal digital asset system Auditing weekly missing artwork report for live service and for web production, auditing metadata issues filing tickets for asset managing artwork for production. Requesting additional assets from Content partners for artwork assets Olympics and March Madness artwork support Help organize backlog of movie titles for new web request of vertical program tiles to meet end of Q1 deadline for web Work within the asset team to: Audit artwork deliverables for on-channel and off-channel usage Work cross functional with internal teams to review assets to ensure QA specs and guidelines.
