Motion Designer/3D Artist
Our client, a social media content company, is on the hunt for a Motion Designer/ 3D Artist to join their team. You will work on the Video team and be responsible for: Produce high-quality motion graphics, titles, and animations Update existing projects, graphics, assets and templates to bring existing content in line with the most current product and design guidelines Create mockups and animations for visual concepts, layouts, etc. and rapidly iterate on them to generate and refine new looks Meticulously recreate accurate representations of the app and UI and help visualize and animate unreleased UI and products. Post Production Supervisor
Our client, a social media content company, is on the hunt for a Post Production Supervisor to join their team. You will be working closely with the Content Development team and be responsible for overseeing the workflow of the content of originals. Responsibilities: Supervise post scheduling needs for multiple projects on a daily basis, both inside and outside of the company Keep internal and external post teams on target for delivery and scheduled review sessions of cuts with producers, managers, editors, and designers. Meet with managers, producers, designers, and editors to define and communicate post-production needs for studio projects during development. Quality control media deliverables to ensure all requirements are met. Oversee motion graphics files between designers and editors as well as video and audio files between production crews and editors. Oversee video files from our external production partners to the company via Frame.io. Develop and distribute media deliverables lists and confirm and communicate delivery specs. Manage video files and libraries to ensure all content is backed up and to deliver video files upon request. Manage and maintain shared network resources, workspaces, project setup, servers, and storage. Document best practices for post-production workflows, and troubleshoot inefficiencies to optimize current post-production processes. Establish creative standards and guidelines for the post-production team. Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and tools related to post-production. Fill in as an editor or graphic designer when/if needed. Requirements: 8-10 years of experience in post-production supervision with 3+ years of team management. Strong organizational skills. This is a great opportunity for someone with limited UI Design expereince, but who has experience animating motion graphics in AE who wants to move into UI Design and work with a world-class UI/ UX team to become fully immersed into the design of UI systems. You'll report to the Associate Director and be responsible for working with UI and UX leads, designers, to build high-quality UI Designs for different digital products featuring motion graphics design and animation. Specific requirements include: Brainstorming, ideation, rapid-prototyping, and other problem-solving with the UX and visual designers, engineers and other stakeholders. You will help create animated visuals for new product feature-sets, help with creating digital prototypes of new products, and create new patterns to be used on existing products. You will be an advocate for the motion design process through projects as they get implemented. We are seeking UI Designers who meet the following requirements: 2 + Years Experience animating motion graphics in AE and some experince in UI Design. Managing the complete design life cycle for multiple projects, resource allocation and scheduling, quality reviews, stakeholder sign off, and risk management. Project manage various creative initiatives that our multiple teams depend on, ranging from design, UX testing, content media management and demos to stakeholders.
