You will report to the Executive Producer and be responsible for: Ingest, prep, sync, and organize incoming project footage, elements, and other media for editors and/or VFX artists prior to edit within the Adobe Create Cloud suite of apps Basic sound editing in preparation for final audio-post Encoding and delivery of final assets Create string outs, pull selects, and work on rough edits Source and edit music / SFX Become an expert user of our media server and help manage file structure and project workflows Troubleshoot tech issues (access to server, font installs, exports) Coordinate content among editors Musts: 5-7 years experience as assistant editor 5+ years experience using Adobe Creative Suite - specifically, Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects Deep understanding of the post production workflow Someone with strong problem-solving skills who has a proactive approach towards creating solutions Must be meticulous, technical, organized, and creative at the same time A task-oriented and self-motivated person who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision A passion for social media platforms and creativity

This person will lead the media planning for the original show projects (offline, digital, and social). They will be responsible for tracking project milestones for end-to-end media trafficking deployment for original shows. They will be working with media channel leads, managers and other stakeholders to define milestones, establish schedules, allocate tasks, access risk and identify resource requirements. Our client, an Entertainment Studio, is seeking a freelance Marketing Content Coordinator to join the Content Distribution team. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Digital Content Marketing and be responsible to: Operationalize content distribution workflow and juggle many different deliverables for multiple video series and across a myriad of platforms. Coordinate video project updates across teams, communicating with stakeholders such as content leads, producers, post production, content operations and executives internally and externally. Project manage the day-to-day inputs by external teams and complete distribution cycle of a video (e.g., title creation, metadata inputs, copy edits, etc.). Optimize distribution strategy across all digital platforms and channels (e.g., searchability on YouTube, key metadata, etc.) Work within the master slate to track, organize and create series production codes, episode numbers, and tracking ID’s. Utilize all project managing tools that touch the distribution of a video (e.g., JIRA, Google docs, etc.) Distribute weekly distribution email across teams, with daily updates. Organize assets within our CMS and internal tools to ensure that our archives are searchable.
