Product Photographer Retoucher
Our client, a major retailer based in the South Bay, is seeking a mid-level Retoucher for a long-term temp position that will likely convert to a staff position. They want this person to also have knowledge of shooting product photography. This is strictly for product photography (no lifestyle/fashion shoots). The ideal candidate is skilled specifically in lighting and shooting product. The position will mainly be focused on Retouching product and lifestyle as well and include product cleanups, masking, clipping paths and combine multiple exposures. The ability to place product on model shots is an added bonus. We are seeking candidates with: 3+ years of experience Expert Photoshop skills Proficiency in Capture One and Lightroom A portfolio that shows before and after retouching as well as product photography

Associate Brand Manager
Our client, a consumer products company, has an immediate need for a detail-oriented innovative consumer marketer and brand developer to help manage the global product development and marketing processes and line planning activities to drive two high-profile brands. This is a 1-year contract, eligible for benefits through Onward Search. In this critical role, you will partner with cross-functional teams (design & development, packaging, engineering, demand planning, costing) on all phases of product development. Candidate will assist on all consumer facing marketing activities such as advertising and marketing communication. As such, the successful candidate will need to be a proactive, high energy, collaborative, and responsive team member. You'll work on a cross-functional team of BI and Media Strategy professionals and be responsible for producing quantitative models and analysis to determine marketing effectiveness, ROI, spot attribution, channel effectiveness for a varied client-base. You will build and implement best-practices within the department, team, and with the client. You will help lead other data analysts, produce actionable insights from data and work closely with senior management. Specific responsibilities include: Manage analytics, spot attribution, client reporting using ad hoc analysis through Excel, SQL, and Tableau. Mentor small teams to produce actionable quantitative models, analysis, ROI, channel effectiveness, and pricing. Anticipate clients needs and proactively develop recommendations and solutions.
