Our client, a Broadcast Network, is seeking a On-Air Graphics Production Coordinator to join the Broadcast team. Responsibilities: Coordinates Production Planning deliverables, deadlines, versions - and distributes to creative, operations, consumer marketing, marketing partnerships team, etc. Works with Strategy/Scheduling, Consumer Marketing and Partnerships to determine due dates and deliverables to meet campaign objectives for promos Enters On-Air Pro work order information outlining promo deliverables, lengths, tags, backplate information and due dates for department. Review and distributes programming schedules and updates. Serves as Ops contact for deliverables information and attends consumer marketing meetings Creates work-orders for Graphics team to build in-game elements for air in live sporting events and studio shows. Checks graphics produced for accuracy and communicates with on-site production for in-game deliveries. Monitors rankings and injury information on sport assigned. Musts: A Bachelor's degree is required Must have 3 -5 year year production planning experience Must be super detailed oriented as you will be inputting important information and QC'ing content Experience in cable or broadcast graphics production is ideal Superior oral and written communication skills are required Good organizational and project management skills are needed Good computer skills, including experience with email, the internet and various word processing and Excel programs are required The ability to multitask and work effectively under daily time constraints in a high pressure environment is required Does this sound like you?
