Onward Search is on the hunt for an Art Director + Copy team for our in-house marketing client. This is an immediate freelance need, and would be a minimum of a 3 month freelance gig. Prefer Art Directors who have a copywriter partner that can help them on this project. This isn't mandatory, but if you have a partner available that can work with you and you meet the other requirements of the job, it will put you at the front of the line. We will reach out to qualify your copywriter partner separately. You'll report to the Creative Director and work on a creative team, responsible for driving the creative function of our client's brand and the storytelling through art and copy through digital, print, social, video. This will be a scrappy team, very hands-on with execution and give you the ability to really have your hands on end-to-end digital/ print campaigns. Specific responsibilities include building mood boards, shot lists, helping lead photo shoots of product and people, making selects on photography, and giving notes to designers/ copy teams. This is a highly conceptual role where you and your copy team should have strong dynamic and work well together to develop concepts, project objectives to maximize the marketing message. Email Marketing Associate Designer
Our non-profit client located on the West side of LA is seeking a junior freelance EMAIL MARKETING ASSOCIATE to come in and create smart, visually appealing, attention-grabbing emails that will engage the recipients. This is a long term freelance assignment that could extend and has the potential to go full-time for the right candidate. Digital Event Marketing: Develop creative, dynamic digital e-marketing communications and campaign for events of all sizes all over the world This includes effectively implementing Google AdWords campaigns, leveraging and utilizing mobile technology, optimizing current campaigns, etc. Submit email creative requests to internal team and follow through to completion Email Marketing: Create all content-driven emails, updated template emails for events as needed, and create dynamic e-marketing campaign for events to targeted audience Develop templates and guidelines to ensure consistency in look and feel and messaging Stay current on the latest technology and be driven by analytics to develop new approaches Manage event & outgoing email calendar Mobile App: Augment event communications by utilizing 3rd party company mobile app (Cvent CrowdCompass, Jujama) to design a mobile experience for attendees, while being consistent with look, feel, and design of desktop event website Project Management: Participate as a project lead for event marketing and communications from conception through implementation through evaluation.
