This role will serve as a retail merchandising and productivity expert and function as an internal consultant to Sales, Marketing, and Product Development in the areas of product line development, in-store merchandising, and assortment strategy. The Omnichannel Merchandising Team determines the shelf position of products placed US channels of distribution. The team applies shopper insights and retailer financial analysis to increase sales by optimizing our merchandising strategies and tactics.Planogram Development and Management:Develop shopper insight driven shelf schematics of US Toy and Game brands using JDA’s Prospace software for the following. Work with Consumer Products to determine a process for including non-toy items in planograms. Prepare PowerPoint based summaries of research findings for Sales and Marketing. Present methodologies and findings to Sales and Marketing Teams.
