Onward Search needs a Consumer Marketing Program Manager for a multinational beverage company. The Consumer Marketing Program Manager position entails involvement in and managing of the creation and implementation of North American market activation assets for a range of brands and channels. This role involves collaborating with essential internal and external parties to transform brand strategies into compelling shopper marketing resources, fostering successful activation and aligning with our growth targets.
This is a 4+ month project opportunity working on a hybrid basis with the expectation of working on-site one day per week in Atlanta, Georgia.

As a Consumer Marketing Program Manager you’ll:
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers to formulate strategic merchandising solutions that achieve top-tier execution, enhance brand equity, and propel the commercial "Picture of Success" in areas like ambient equipment, print POP, displays, racks, and premiums.
Provide expert guidance to suppliers and agencies throughout the entire concept-to-market activation process, leveraging subject matter knowledge.
Demonstrate the capacity to promote collaboration, navigate complex decision-making processes, reconcile differing perspectives, and persistently drive toward successful outcomes.
Efficiently oversee program schedules and financial resources.
Acquire proficiency in the proprietary project management platform.
Analyze program data and transform it into actionable program recommendations and post-program recaps.
Undertake data entry tasks and generate program presentations as required.
Skills & Experience needed:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in the consumer goods and products industry is required.
5+ years of hands-on experience in spearheading marketing activations across various geographical locations within a complex, global marketing landscape.
Demonstrate expertise in brand strategy and its implementation across diverse channels in local markets. Additionally, showcase proficiency in addressing key consumption occasions, shaping shopper messaging, and activating strategies.
Exhibit outstanding communication and persuasion skills, both written and oral.
Display strong capabilities in project and program management.
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office tools.
Skilled in working with platforms, with an inclination for data analysis, storytelling, and reporting.
