Strategy & Insights Manager
Our client, a sports tv network, is seeking a Strategy & Insights Manager to join their team on a 12-month+ contract. Responsibilities: Help develop insights about the audience consuming content and future implications that will drive business decisions using a wide variety of data sources Manages top line and detailed cross-platform analyses/reporting, presentations and highlights covering TV Network and its competitors Manages various tools to access national & local TV ratings as well as digital & social media trends and exhibits an understanding of how to use these data sources for assigned tasks Oversees the regular reporting and tracking of network and program performance Provides programming recommendations based on solid research foundations Participates in the development of advanced analytics dashboards and visualizations Mines data, particularly on the Hispanic viewer and Spanish-language TV landscape, to identify market trends, program preferences/opportunities, audience flow and other insights Oversees on-going requests, establishes deadlines and manages internal expectations Handles multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently juggles workload in the face of shifting priorities and deadlines Manages direct reports and is responsible for the training and development of Research Analysts Musts: Four-year degree (B.A., B.S.) from an accredited college or university 3-5 years of experience desired at a broadcast/cable network, agency, media research supplier or digital media company; or other corporate experience grounded in strategic thinking and analysis Proficient written and verbal communications in both English and Spanish Exhibits expert knowledge of Nielsen systems Experience with Adobe, Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Facebook Insights or other digital measurement tools a plus Demonstrated expertise and proficiency using Microsoft Office applications including Excel (pivot tables and macros a plus) and PowerPoint Experienced in providing detailed analytics and insights Demonstrated strong analytic ability; critical thinker; fast learner; proactive problem solver Experience with digital analytics a plus Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Domo, Power BI, etc. is a plus Exhibits familiarity with Spanish-language television Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment Accustomed to working in a team and collaborating with all levels within the organization Creative and highly organized, detail oriented, inspirational and inclusive leadership skills Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to lead and develop staff
Sales Insights Analyst
Our client, a sports tv network, is seeking a Sales Insights Analyst to join their team on a 12-month+ contract basis. Our client, a crowdfunding agency in Miami is looking for a Digital Advertising Manager - PPC to join their team fulltime, ASAP! This person MUST be a paid social ad PRO. The Digital Advertising Manager will oversee the creation, execution & optimization of technical digital marketing campaigns with a heavy focus on Facebook ads manager and e-mail marketing. Day-to-day: Oversee the creation, execution & optimization of multiple digital marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms such as Facebook ads manager & Mailchimp Develop detailed Facebook advertising strategies across lead generation, traffic & website conversion ad campaigns Coordinate the development of digital marketing campaigns working alongside internal teams Review and manage marketing budgets per client per campaign Ensure that marketing budgets are met for each client Monitor and report to the client & internal team weekly on the progress of all digital marketing campaigns Take part in the creation of strategies that increase Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) Must Have: MUST HAVE Facebook Ad experience managing budgets of $20k a month or more 2-3 years' experience in a digital marketing role (agency setting is ideal) 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing running Facebook ad campaigns and optimizing campaigns based on incoming data Experience in a managerial role running internal teams and communicating professionally with clients Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple team members and multiple clients across multiple time zones.
