AV Deployment Specialist
Our client, a social media content company, is on the hunt for a AV Deployment Specialist to join their team. Work with the AV/IT team and be responsible to: design and manage the conference room deployments of AV technologies to our domestic US offices and specialized AV systems in concert with the AV Deployment Engineering Lead to drive team standards. Manage Moves, Adds, and Change requests as it relates to AV Manage integration vendors, supply chain distributors, and internal partners to resolve issues quickly and ensure scope of work agreements are being met. Track any bugs or system malfunctions while providing strong documentation of issues for team awareness. Develop proactive procedures for periodic system updates, testing and validation of functionality for all AV equipment. Collaborate with Facilities, Real Estate, Security and other build teams to provide planning, coordination, logistics and execution for AV deployments to execute low voltage and high voltage planning. Provide documentation and cross training for IT Ops team members on basic troubleshooting procedures, as well as best practices. Identify when equipment replacement purchases or upgrades are needed and escalate to corresponding team members. Maintain warehouse inventories Provide cross functional communications on project status and follow up on punch list items with integration vendors on regional builds and commissioning AV deployments. Maintain system configuration files and infrastructure “As-Builts” in collaboration workspaces such as Google Drive. Musts: 3-5 years of previous work experience in a similar role and minimum high school diploma. Experience managing contracted vendor teams Proficiency with troubleshooting enterprise and professional AV technologies including Chrome OS, Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Yamaha, Shure Familiarity with VTC platforms including Google Meet, Zoom and Fuze Knowledge of AV transmission protocols including UDP, H.323, VoIP and SIP Expertise in MAC OSX, Chrome OS and PC platforms. Strong Communications skills – written and oral. Motion Design Lead - Broadcast Sports
Onward Search is looking for a Lead Motion Designer with a passion for sports to join our A-list client in Atlanta! This is an onsite, direct hire opportunity. Act as a trusted contributor to our Sports partners throughout the entire project lifecycle - from ideation and production, through final delivery. Create motion design and animation for promos, packaging, and other on-air/digital assets. Take an active role in interpreting the creative brief and independently concept, design, and execute a variety of looks across multiple brands, as well as work off creative briefs and/or style frames provided by client partners. Collaborate with a team of video editors, producers and other designers in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment. Demonstrate risk-taking and innovation by always looking for creative opportunities down the path less (or never) traveled.
