Onward Search is looking for a Campaign Manager to help build and sell advertising solutions. As a Campaign Manager on our Global Accounts team, you will report to an Industry Manager and use your 2-3 years of experience in digital campaign management. The campaign manager owns the execution, recognition and delivering of revenue closed by the sales team as well as the planning and execution of the campaign. The ideal candidate will have prior online trafficking and campaign management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and prior experience with bid management platforms and active campaign optimization.Job Responsibilities:Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail and adherence to best practices throughout the full digital campaign life-cycle [from pre-sale to post-sale] Understanding upper funnel [brand messaging, calls to action] and lower funnel [direct response, conversion] campaign tactics Oversee the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing and performance Plan, execute, manage, and optimize managed service and self-service campaigns Understanding upper funnel [brand messaging, calls to action] and lower funnel [direct response, conversion] campaign tactics Defining metrics and measuring success of campaigns using internal analytics Maintain and organize campaign-specific materials in team’s shared document repository Lead daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns Strategic oversight of large accounts and client relationships Traffic campaign tags into all ad technology environments Formulate proposals for new client opportunities Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch Partner with Analytics team on campaign measurement reporting and insights generation Provide regular insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities Work with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementation Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns Provide campaign wrap up reportsAdditional Qualifications:Four-year college degree Must have 2+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations Client facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively manage through issues Experience using SQL and Tableau Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutionsDoes this sound like you? Onward Search has a client in Bridgewater, NJ that is looking for a Website Content Manager who will be responsible for updating content on websites. This person will work closely with the technical team/project managers to maintain site standards with regard to new development. The ideal candidate will have experience working in content management systems ( Adobe AEM is a plus)Principal Responsibilities:Cross-sell initiatives which include working with marketing to ensure content delivery across digital channels to help drive sales utilization CMS Projects which include defining content that is flexible vs. data driven, defining folder structure for the CMS system, defining the rules of display for the content when applicable Manage content for products across various web portal platforms to support the digital customer experience initiatives Maintain a deep understanding of content display rules, gathering and researching information with our partners that enhances the value of the site Manage content in multiple content management systems Have an understanding of how the end to end web experience works for 50+ products offered for various group customers Have a deep knowledge of our admin system which includes various indicators and what they do on the website as they change the web experience for the end user Manage the day to day work that comes in on a weekly basis on top of the project work already being worked on.
