Brand Campaign Manager
Onward Search is looking for a Brand Campaign Manager for one of our Premiere Clients in Montvale, NJ. This role will be for at least a 1-year contract, with the possibility to extend beyond that. This person will be joining the Brand Management group and act as the liaison between the agency and the firm. They will be interacting with different groups such as the Account Team, Directors, Marketing, Functional Team, etc. This person will need to be able to work with cross-functional teams and different personalities. This person will need a “marketing brain” and the ability to manage influencers within the organization.Responsibilities:Manage brand activation projects and marketing/advertising campaigns. Interact with media agency daily. Coordinate activity with the vendor. Ensure orders delivered on time. Communicate with creative team to manage assets. Manage events as needed (approximately 4 per year). Partner with marketing peers across the organization to develop strategies and alignments. Identify opportunities to implement integration and optimize brand campaigns. Monitor metrics and traditional KPI’s to help optimize investment. Develop presentations for CMO. Communicate with internal marketing team on how to help them reach project goals.Experience:Agency or corporate expertise managing marketing/advertising campaigns, preferably with/for professional services client –Strong written/verbal communication skills and ability to influence. Ability to manage multiple high priority projects. Bachelor’s degree, preferably Marketing. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Years of experience - 5-8 minimum.Does this sound like you? We have a client that is sprinting towards a site re-launch, and we need someone who is solid in excel, and who can pick up systems quickly. Needs to be flexible and a team player. We have a great team who will help him/her get up to speed quickly. Any supply chain/CPG experience is a plus but by no means required.Skills: Assist in developing an assortment strategy for a product category. Setup and maintain product data in the catalog to drive conversion rates. On-site product presentation and identify opportunities to improve the search/browse experience. Assist in conducting regular reporting and analysis of category performance, identifying key trends improvement opportunities. Conduct analyses to assist with product sourcing strategy. Work with cross-functional teams (across marketing, product and customer experience) to optimize category performance. Setup & maintaining SKU’s using web-based tools. Monitor the website for accuracy & updated product listings.Requirements:BA/BS degree preferred, with 1 – 3 years of experience. Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
