Lead Product Designer
Our client, a startup eCommerce company in the food space, is bringing their UX/UI function in-house and looking for a Lead Product Designer. This role begins immediately on a fully remote basis (EST hours). What you'll be doing: Partner with a Product Manager and brand team to build the product roadmap, and design and implement new features and updates across the product. Lead and participate in user research activities to understand drivers and motivations, translating insights into actionable product updates. Drive the Product Design function internally, partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and junior Designers to define challenges, map user flows, and prototype new features to solve issues.
