Marketing Account Supervisor
Onward Search is looking for an Account Supervisor for our client, an experiential marketing agency, to join their team on a permanent basis. As a member of the Account Services team, you'll participate in brainstorming, research and crafting presentation decks, as well as, be the keeper of competitive information, trends, and consumer needs.Skills:You will support and at times, lead daily client management projects across multiple clients simultaneously, leading status calls, developing decks, budgets, schedules, well-written status reports, recaps, etc. Throughout the project process, you will support activation plan development, support research process on vendors, venues, etc. Help with sourcing vendor quotes, budgets, shipping arrangements and logistics. Work with creative team to ensure strategy, vision, and brand are reflected in the agency's output. Provide senior leadership team with daily updates on your projects. During productions, you will travel to the site to assist the team with overseeing vendors and staff, support production and design teams with load-in/load-out of materials, equipment, etc. Support team with the resolution of issues that arise in production and help with communication of updates to the agency and client teams. Senior Experiential Producer
Our client, an experiential marketing agency, is looking for a Senior Experiential Producer to join their team on a permanent basis.What you'll be doing:Act as steward of budgets, choosing vendors, gathering quotes, negotiating rates and adjusting as needed per projects requirements Source and manage venues for productions, putting recommendations into presentations, conducting visits to sites, managing all venue agreements Research and manage all vendors leading up to an activation, as well as, on-site during the activation itself. Own all documentation for vendors (NDA, MSA, SOW, COI, etc). Coordinate with vendors to secure all assets required to execute (e.g. rentals, security, power, machinery, personnel, etc) Oversee fabrication/build in partnership with the creative team, making sure the activation is executed specifically as needed to complete the vision Partner with the account and creative teams to see through creation and project delivery, participating in pitch work as needed to review creative ideas for cost and viability Develop project and production documents such as workback schedules, ROS, shipping documents and pull lists, etc. Work with creative team on site and activation plan creations, as well as, liaise with production team on labor like producers and PAs, logistics, travel, etc. Partner and delegate work as needed to junior staff Lead post-event coordination - e.g. trash v. keep items, warehousing, deliveries, inventory, etc. Support post-production budget finalization process - obtaining final invoices, and providing documentation as needed For events, must lead the securing of trucking, shipping, customs as needed, permits and any other legal requirements When on-site, you will be the lead to oversee all aspects of site installation, operation and take downAbout you:A minimum of 5 years of experience as a client-facing lead producer in an experiential agency, theatrical production, festival production or concert product environment You are passionate about creating amazing experiences for your clients and consumers You are a hands-on, get dirty type of producer.
