Onward Search's client, a growing boutique creative experiential agency, is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to join their team for a brief freelance period with the goal of converting to a permanent position. This person will report directly to the Creative Director as a member of the creative team. This role will start on-site in NYC as soon as possible.Responsibilities:Ideate strategic and creative briefs for the agency and it's clients. Deliver briefs and lead brainstorming of agendas for kicking off projects - this will be done in collaboration with the design lead and Creative Director. Lead and contribute to group brainstorming. Our client, a mobile product agency, is in search of a freelance Senior UX Researcher to join their Product team for a 7-week freelance project beginning at their office in Dumbo on November 5th. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience to fill the role. Responsibilities:Work with the design team to determine project objectives, plan out the research roadmap and the tools that will be used to execute user research. Obtain important insights about users through different methods of research including things like ethnographic observation, diaries, usability studies, interviews, surveys or even something you create yourself. Take research findings and translate into usable insights and actionable design tools including things like personas, design principles, requirements, etc. Share your research insights with the team including designers, product managers, engineers, and the executive team to inform all product and business decisions. Conduct user testing on-site at our client. Other tasks may apply.Experience:Professional experience conducting live and remote usability studies and interviews.
