You would start off remotely, until the offices reopened. Requirements and Responsibilities: 3-5+ years in a fast-paced, print/packaging focused environment Packaging and In-store experience are a definite must have! You should have clear and strong knowledge around shopper marketing In the know on current trends related to packaging and in-store Able to take on details and information and implement it in your day to day work Passionate, collaborative and a strong communicator Can work comfortably in a Mac environment and proficiency Adobe Creative suite Maintain client relations and ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently in coordination with the Account Director Coordinate all resources and stakeholders, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring, summarizing and communicating the progress of the project Develop proposals and scope of work documents for design print and packaging projects Review proposals with Account Director, and creative and production leads to align on design process, timelines and hours allocation Plan projects to meet goals within constraints of time, cost and material specifications Run and monitor projects on a day-to-day basis Collect necessary assets from client and participate in the creation of presentations Attend meetings with client on an as needed basis Document meeting feedback if present and gain alignment from internal team and client prior to moving forward with next steps
Systems Manager (GIS Experience)
Our client, a leading services company based in New York City is looking to hire a Senior Systems Manager in the GIS space. This role begins as soon as possible. What you'll be doing: Lead and direct a team to develop and implement solutions that drive value to the business across all internal organizations that are serviced Lead the planning of all application roadmaps across upgrades, product lifecycles, improvements and more, which includes adhering to company policy and compliance for application security, cyber security, PIN information, Sarbanes Oxley, Corporate Risk Management, EH&S and software maintenance contracts Utilize methodologies that drive quick response for our customers' changing needs Add value through thought leadership across many tech initiatives across the company Oversee and direct external vendors and service providers, partnering with internal IT and business teams, as well as, PM and project sponsor teams Over see a host of IT projects across resources, scope, budget and schedule, as well as, deliverables Partner with business leaders to align all IT projects against goals of the businesses Lead the team in the development of new and enhanced IT products from initiation through launch, owning all requirements, business analysis, design, coding, configuration, customization, testing and implementation Ensure IT's project management, functional, compliance, and cost management goals and KPIs are met. The Solution integration lead will handle intake and research large solution business needs before they are rolled out to the train(s) and help coordinate requirements and dependencies with other solutions / vendors.
