As an Instructional Designer, you will design, build, and maintain processes and standards that raise the bar for efficiency, re-usability of content, and improved learning delivery for a team of talented Business Instructors. You will contribute to learning project efforts in designing and developing deliverables of other designers on the team. Your creativity, passion for learning, and ability to deliver effective learning solutions should be a role model for the team. Boutique Branding and Packaging agency has an immediate need for a designer. You will be working on the initial concepting for a private label product. This will include higher end items, so you must have the past experience and aesthetic to support this kind of work. This is the initial concepting phase, and a big part of the project will be creating mood boards. There is a high volume of work, and tight timelines. A typical day will be turning around two mood boards for a specific product per day, or working from existing mood boards to turn around two packaging concepts per day.
