Digital Asset Coordinator
Our client, a mid-sized ad agency in New York City, is looking to hire a new Digital Asset Coordinator to manage their client's photo library. This role begins with a brief freelance trial period before converting to permanent. This role starts on-site in NYC the week of July 8th. What you'll be doing: Own and maintain a large library of client imagery both internally on agency servers and an online portal Download images from client master file server, ensuring complete file acquisition of all content Support the rollout of creative assets across internal campaign development and agency partners Work directly with clients and agency teams to field asset requests, compile documents and deliver as needed Organize creative assets on server and, compile at-a-glance documents, compile distribution lists, pack-outs and sending packaged files Manage, file and own the coordination of creative elements coming from multiple stakeholders Import MetaData into digital assets (e.g. content names, information, etc.) and tag assets as needed Other tasks may apply About you: 1-2 years in a Creative Asset Coordinator position Some experience in Adobe Photoshop skills (enough to upload, crop and export various file sizes) and Microsoft Office Adobe Bridge experience is preferred Crucial for this person to have strong customer service skills and the ability to develop a strong report with clients Must have some knowledge of the Auto industry Must have the ability to work on multiple projects at one time You are energetic, organized and detail oriented Bonus if you speak French!

What you'll be doing: Lead project documents for client and internal teams, including creative briefs, media briefs, relevant sections of SOWs, scope documents, and change orders. Responsible for the “paper trail” – write detailed meeting notes and client call reports. Provide support in developing client presentations. Ensure client billing, extranet, and other administrative duties run smoothly. Work closely with internal resources to understand the client’s business, brand, and marketing to contribute ideas. Proactively research and explore client brand and customer needs and attitudes. Provide input into strategy documents, creative, and assist teams in tactical direction.
