Our client, a mid-sized ad agency in New York City, is looking to hire an Associate Creative Director of Copy with 5-8 years of Pharma experience. This role starts on-site in NYC as soon as possible. What you'll be doing: Partner with an Associate Creative Director of Copy to execute design work across a specific set of three important brands within the agency's portfolio. Bring to life information-heavy client messaging in a clear and concise way that is also visually appealing. Create brochure designs, banners, in-doctors-office materials, print, social, web, trade show materials, etc. Participate in creative presentations both internally and to clients. Lead a team of mid-level and junior creatives, lifting up their creative work and providing guidance. Continuously look for opportunities to leverage new media in your creative concepts, keeping clients and the agency at the cutting edge. Partner with the copywriting team and report into a team of Creative Directors. Other tasks may apply. About you: 5-8 years of Pharma graphic design experience. Portfolio of DTC and HCP executions. Strong experience in Below the Line collateral development across direct mail, sell sheets, brochure designs, banners, in-doctors-office materials, print, social, web, trade show materials, etc. Bachelor's degree in a related design, advertising or creative field. Must have strong client presentation skills, bringing your authority in the Pharma space into selling your work. Expert knowledge of Mac software, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), Google Slides and Keynote. Must be proficient in Sketch for website and banner work. You have the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. You are extremely organized and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Senior Digital Strategist

Our client, a leading mid-sized ad agency in New York City, is looking for an Account Director with HCP and DTC Pharmaceutical Advertising experience. This role begins on-site in New York City ASAP. What you'll be doing: Leading your client team in the strategic development of advertising and marketing plans for existing and organic new business opportunities. Oversee the development of campaigns and executions for both HCP and DTC brands. Lead the team on a daily basis ensuring that all projects are being executed to the highest quality, and are on budget and on schedule for launch. Ensure that the full agency capabilities are being utilized for the benefit of your clients' programs (e.g. creative, strategy, media, production, etc.). Partner with the agency functions including strategy, creative, media and production to ensure that all objectives and deliverables are understood and aligned. Develop and grow a lasting client relationship that creates a close and open dialogue about all topics including budgets, agency relations, projects, personnel and agency compensation, among others. Lead and participate in all presentations to clients including strategy, creative and production meetings. Partner with your creative and strategy teams to ensure that all creative reviews line up with campaign objectives. Keep the Account Director up to speed on all necessary items, and lean on them for support as necessary.
