We are looking for candidates with the following skills and competencies to fill the role.Responsibilities: Maintaining client relations and ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently in coordination with the Account Director. Coordinating all resources and stakeholders, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring, summarizing and communicating the progress of the project. Develop proposals and scope of work documents for design print and packaging projects. Review proposals with an Account Director and creative and production lead to align on the design process, timelines and hours allocation. Plan projects to meet goals within constraints of time, cost and material specifications. Create detailed timelines and milestones for all stakeholders and resources. Run and monitor projects on a day-to-day basis in support of an Account Director. Collect the necessary assets from the client. Develop competitive decks for internal teams to get up-to-speed on the category. Participate in the creation of presentations with the creative lead. Attend meetings with the client as appropriate. Document meeting feedback if present and gain alignment from internal team and client before moving forward with next steps. Juggle multiple projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
