Product Marketing Manager
Our client, a rapidly growing CPG company, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join their team fulltime. Responsibilities: Driving product road development and innovation, managing research initiatives to establish fact-based business and marketing strategy development. Understanding market, channel/customer dynamics, product design trends and end-user preferences and purchase drivers to inform strategy. Identifying and developing new business opportunities, product adjacencies and markets. Developing NPI scope documents (preliminary financials, KPI's, timeline management, etc...). Presenting to and interacting with senior level internal and external stakeholders, investors and customers. Supporting brand guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency across all assigned products/product lines. Managing sales and operations planning for assigned products/product-lines to improve forecast accuracy or inventory initiatives tied to working capital. Supporting the management of online databases to ensure proper content for all assigned products/product lines (vendor specific). Managing the product documentation process including mix management, product lifecycle, etc… Generating financial, strategy and marketing reports for all assigned brands, presenting as necessary to key stakeholders and investors. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or another relevant field. 4-10 years of experience in Product Development, Marketing and Channel Management with a proven track-record of success. Prior experience with managing new product initiatives. Prior experience within hardware, home improvement or tool categories. Prior experience with process management: ability to figure out processes necessary to get things done; organizing people and activities to improve efficiencies and eliminate complexities. Formal presentation skills.
Our client, a well-known athletic-wear company, is looking for a Stylist for on-going project work. Stylist Responsibilities: Prepare garments to be styled and shot (steaming, pressing etc.) Unboxing shoes/clothing to be used for photoshoots. Re-boxing and preparing clothing for restock/damage. Styling products for product shots. Styling shoes and apparel on models in studio. Working on-set to style/re-style as needed during shoot. Pinning clothing flats to prepare them to be shot for product shots. Stylist Requirements: 2+ years of professional styling experience. Experience styling product shots. Experience styling on model. Experience styling for E-comm assets preferred. Knowledgeable in photo styling best practices (garment prep/care, pinning flats, pinning on model, etc.) Ability to work in a freelance as needed capacity (ideally on-going/as needed). Our client, a category-leading haircare brand, is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their team! Graphic Designer Responsibilities: Conceptualizing packaging and Merchandising designs. Conceptualizing and implementing design solutions that meet marketing and sales strategies. Designing and producing marketing and sales communication pieces (print and digital) - including bi-monthly promotions, trade publication advertisements, special event collateral, signage, presale proposals and other materials as needed. Assisting Sales, Operations and Education departments on necessary projects (PowerPoint slide decks, custom shipper labels, class flyers, posters, etc..). Designing web components (advertisements, banner ads, social media skins, blasts, etc..). Managing the production of all print pieces from concept to pre-press. Creating/maintaining a file structure organizational system for the design department (local server, Dropbox, hightail, etc..). Partnering with outside videos on image creation (production imagery standardization, promo cycle imagery, retouching, etc..). Maintaining brand guideline consistency in all work. Attending offsite photo/video shoots (SoCal). Staying current on industry trends and best practices. Graphic Designer Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Highly proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). 3-4 years of professional graphic design experience. Portfolio showcasing design proficiency in both print and digital. Experience designing for luxury clientele (beauty industry preferred). Our client, a well-known content production studio, is looking for a Junior Producer to join their team. We are looking for a candidate with the following skill set and experience to fill the role. Junior Producer Responsibilities: Conducting model castings in Orange County, Los Angeles and other major cities, booking talent for photoshoots. Managing and updating a comprehensive talent database. Negotiating competitive terms and rates based on user needs for photographers, models, hairstylists, and makeup artists. Researching and booking shooting locations (terms, rates, permits, etc.). Collaborating with internal stakeholders and 3rd party vendors to keep productions on schedule and running smoothly. Creating clear and succinct project briefs, timelines and shot lists. Ensuring shot lists contain all information needed for shoot preproduction and production teams. Working closely with the studio team to ensure samples, accessories and props are organized for shoots. Documenting the overall photography product process and share as needed with new crew members. Working with Marketing Ops Manager to book and confirm models AND to ensure a budget is reconciled and 3rd party invoices are fulfilled by Ops. Junior Producer Requirements: 2+ years’ experience working on creative shoots. Passion for creative production, photography, and sports. Knowledge of photography/sports product terminology. Computer savvy - ability to navigate Excel/Google Sheets. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to successfully multitask. Good understanding of both technical and creative processes.
