This is a small, tight knit team that requires team members to be willing to wear multiple hats. This particular role will require you to perform some Executive Assistant duties as the role grows into a fully project management capacity. Project Manager Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with all company divisions and departments. Establishing, maintaining and creating frequent progress reports on all assigned projects. Garnering an accurate understanding of the context and issues across a range of strategic, operational and organizational issues that most commonly arise. Suggesting and implementing preferred project management software to improved project workflow, tracking and reporting. Establishing “trusted advisor” relationship with all members of executive team. Defining both business and data requirements for email campaign implementations, building journeys, triggers and dynamic emails. Day-to-day email marketing activities such as email campaign setup, scheduling, analysis, testing, tagging and deployment. Creating one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns. Managing strategy, development and execution for all email marketing campaigns. Monitoring deliverability metrics, ensuring compliance to maintain high deliverability, clean data, and channel health and efficacy. Marketing Campaign Manager Responsibilities: Manage marketing automation activities—technical configuration, integration, and coordination of marketing platform and CRM. Plan, measure and manage campaigns across multiple channels. Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely execution. Ensure appropriate KPIs are in place to measure effectiveness of campaigns and lead generation efforts. Maintain and monitor campaign cadence and productivity. Review campaign performance and adjust campaign as needed to ensure targets are met. A/B Campaign Message and Website Testing. Management and oversight of websites. Work with cross-functional teams including sales to execute demand generation campaigns, while also collaborating daily with the marketing and creative teams. Management and oversight of all reporting, including generating and managing pipeline lists Marketing Campaign Manager Requirements: Four-year college degree in marketing, business or a related field, with at least two years’ experience in B2B marketing.
