Our client, a CPG company, is looking for an Apparel Designer to join their rapidly growing team fulltime! We are looking for candidates with the following skillset and experience to fill the role. Responsibilities: Researching market/competitors and creating innovative product designs that advance the brands image as an industry leader/innovator. Responsible for all design details (rough sketches through completion of tech packs. Selecting materials, color details, styling details, and partnering with the design team in the development of artwork for branding and packaging. Participating in garment fittings and review product details/revise patterns to ensure product execution meets standards for design, functionality, and durability. Review all details on prototypes with critical stakeholders for feedback to inform the best design for the customer and ensure all quality standards are met. Work with the executive team to set SKU assortment for design, as well as calendaring deadlines for design, prototypes, manufacturing, and quality control. Attending relevant trade shows and partnering with the executive team to plan/execute participation as a vendor at trades shows. Requirements: BA in Apparel Design or relevant field. 5+ years of experience designing apparel for production, industrial/heavy-duty garment experience a plus. Proficient with Adobe Illustrator. Strong sketch and prototyping skills. Previous experience creating apparel patterns. Strong understanding of design and color principles as they pertain to apparel design. Previous experience leading apparel design function, owning specific categories, or the entirety of a brands apparel offerings. Previous management experience a plus. Content Marketing Manager
Our client, a beauty / lifestyle brand, is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join their team. Content Marketing Manager Responsibilities: Experiment with and measure success of a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels (content creation, content curation, PPC campaigns, social media management, community management, performance analysis and more). Lead and manage creative resources, employees, agencies that are collaborators in the creation of assets for content marketing initiatives/campaigns. Develop and execute creative marketing content to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion (with a focus on customer acquisition and retention). Create and manage creative content calendar and organizational workflows, ensuring timelines stay on track from concept to execution. Act as the Production Manager with outside partners for photoshoots/large scale content production, effectively delivering assets on time and on budget. Manage the creation and execution of email marketing that delivers against business goals (in collaboration with Digital Marketing Team). Build strategic relationships with agencies, influencers and retailers. Measure and report on performance of digital content marketing campaigns, results vs. established goals. Associate Account Supervisor MUST HAVE experience managing a PHARMA or MEDICAL client at an advertising AGENCY to be considered. Associate Account Supervisor Responsibilities: Developing meticulous communications plans for assigned products in support of marketing initiatives. Facilitating strategy meetings with clients, colleagues, and PR to discuss communications plans for new product campaigns, launches and annual marketing plans. Establishing creative platforms for assigned brand(s), providing strategic input for copywriters and art directors while participating in creative development meetings. Managing the development of clients' projects from briefing through to completion and delivery, often highly complex projects. Regularly communicating with Group Account Supervisor(s) as to the status of accounts, challenges, meetings and more. Communicating with all necessary colleagues ensuring projects are correctly launched and executed, on-time and on budget. Conducting strategy review meetings for Creative and Medical/Legal teams.
